I'm back!!!
And I have a easy recipe to share with you! So easy, the kids will love to help on this one.
Try it this holiday!
Ingredients:
1 whole sleeve of saltine crackers
1 cup of sugar
2 sticks of melted butter (cooled down)
1 package of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 package of chopped walnuts
How to:
Set the oven at 400. Then brake the saltines inside a large ziplock and pour it over
a cookie sheet.
Combine the sugar and melted butter and mix well with the crumbled cracker
Bake it for 10 min or until golden
Immediately throw the chocolates over the hot crackers so it melts. (you could put back in oven for 30 seconds)
Spread the walnuts over the melted chocolate and freeze the cookies over night or until it's hard enough to brake.
Enjoy!
